About Tuscany Hills
Tuscany Hills is the master planned community that put Lake Elsinore on a lot of buyers' maps. Sitting up in the hills above the lake, you get views that people pay a lot more for elsewhere in the region. The community amenities are excellent, the schools are strong, and the sense of community is real. It is one of the neighborhoods I recommend most often to families moving in from further west.
