Meet Your Realtor
Jarred Hanson — Real Estate Broker & Owner, BRIX Realty
20+ years helping Temecula Valley families find home.
My Background
I started my career in mortgage lending back in 2005, writing home loans and refinances during one of the most volatile stretches the housing market has ever seen. That crash taught me something most agents never learn firsthand: how loans really get underwritten, how appraisals actually move, and why the lowest offer on paper is not always the strongest one at the closing table.
In 2006 I moved into real estate sales because I wanted to sit on the same side of the table as the family, not the bank. Fourteen years and a few hundred transactions later I opened BRIX Realty in 2020 as an independent brokerage so my clients would get my judgment, not a franchise script.
How I Work With Clients
Every client gets my direct cell, straight talk on price, and a plan built around their timeline rather than mine. For buyers that means walking every home like a mini inspection, breaking down Mello Roos, HOA and tax rate exposure before you fall in love with the kitchen, and structuring offers that actually get accepted in this market. For sellers it means honest pricing, pro photography, targeted marketing, and hands on negotiation from list to keys.
I keep my roster intentionally small. You will never be handed off to a junior agent or a transaction coordinator you have never met. When you call, I answer.
Where I Serve
My office sits on Historic Main Street in Lake Elsinore, and I work the entire Temecula Valley: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and Sun City. I regularly help clients relocating from Orange County, North San Diego County and the Inland Empire find their footing here, and I know the neighborhoods, school boundaries and commuter routes because I raise my own family in them.
Beyond the Business
Outside of real estate you will find me at my kids' games, on the lake, or somewhere on Main Street grabbing coffee with past clients who have turned into friends. That community connection is not a marketing line. It is the reason most of my business comes from referrals.
If you are thinking about buying or selling in the valley, I would love to hear your story.
